Return and Exchange Policy

At Elisa Fur, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return and Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed,
Be undamaged and in its original condition,
Be returned with all tags, packaging, and any accessories,
Not have any signs of perfume, makeup, stains, odors, or usage.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personalized or custom-made products,
Discounted (Clearance) items,
Products marked as Final Sale.

Sales of these items are final.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days after receiving the product.

Please make sure to contact us before sending the product. After your request is reviewed, you will be provided with the necessary instructions.

Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

You may also contact us within 14 days for exchange requests. Once the product is received and inspected, your new item will be shipped.

Product Inspection

All returned products are inspected. Items that are used, damaged, missing tags, or not in their original condition may be rejected for return or exchange.

Refund

Once the product is received and approved, your refund process will be initiated. It usually takes 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. This period may vary depending on your bank.
